The new baby is here...meet Emma Riley!

February 25th at 12:33pm Miss Emma Riley was born...we are thanking God for a precious gift that was healthy and beautiful!!
We waited for the news in the waiting room until Mike came to get Bailey to meet her baby sister. She was a little timid at first...

but soon warmed up to the excitment. Lori's parents, Becky & Jim, here celebrating too! I was amazed by how remarkable Lori looked and felt.

Hugs all around...

First family photos...
So happy...

Daddy time...

I love this one of her little tongue...

They took her to the nursery...

where we admired her some more...

Bailey could hardly wait for Emma to come back to her mom's room!

Finally they called for Mike to come pick her up from her isolette.

On the way back to the room, Uncle Tim called to hear all the news...

Back in the room we all gathered to admire her some more!

Sweet baby Emma!!!

We left the hospital and went out to dinner, Bailey fell asleep on the way and we were all feeling a little tuckered out but enjoyed reflecting on the day.

Yep, it was a great day!!!

We took her home to help put her to bed and she got a baby of her own from Paw-Paw that she took to bed with her. What a day!!!!

Congrats to all! What a pretty baby..I think she looks a bit more like Lori. Such a sweet family. Bailey looked a bit overwhelmed and tired but she's going to be a good big Sis. I got teary-eyed watching Mike, what a good Dad he is!
