Par-tay!!!!

We had a "minor" Super Bowl party tonight...a few hor d' oerves...a couple of friends and Bryden!!!  He is my speed for a game like this...or I should say, I am on his level...lol!  Being sports free mostly, I did know who played and that is a major accomplishment! I was even rooting for Green Bay because all of my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins etc. etc. were/are from Wisconsin.
Bryden seemed to enjoy the game very much....

I pointed out the teams and he made a lot of noise, clapped and cheered just like the big boys!  They enjoyed him too...except for the first few minutes when he had the remote and turned the TV off 5 times in as many minutes! I think he's really going to be a fan....one day!!!

Glad you had the company of Bryden! (And I'm thrilled that the Packers won.)

If it's any consolation, I'm "your speed", too.

he is so cute and turning the tv off must of cause a little stress for the big boys.

I am picturing all the men trying to tackle Bryden for the remote. Lol I was hoping for Green Bay too. :)

I'm glad to see someone else who isn't a football fanatic! I'm always the one in the corner reading a good book or magazine ... or chasing after the kids! Though this year David and I just stayed home, ate chili, and watched separate tvs!

What great pics of you and your grandson, looks like you had just as much fun, everyone is blogging about the superbowl obviously an American thing, nothing about it on our news??

I love the pictures of you and Bryden, Donna. I would have loved to have seen the big boys faces when the screen went blank :)

I'm on the same level of you and Bryden too! I didn't even try to watch. You and that baby are adorable though! :)

What a darling little guy Bryden is. I really feel the need of a baby once again. We did have a new great granddaughter about a month ago, but all I've seen is a picture of her. It is my daughter's first grandchild and she has only seen her twice. It is never a good time for the mom to have company so I don't know when I'll get to see her. She lives about and hour and forty five minutes away and we have tried to make an "appointment" to see her, but she has her husband ( my sweet grandson) call to tell us "It is not a good time."

You are so fortunate to be able to see him, hold him and play with him.

Looks like you had a fun day with a very cute little man! I love your kitchen by the way - seeing pictures is so much fun!

I also spent the Super Bowl game with my granddaughter and I think she and Bryden would have gotten along splendidly. He sure is a cute fellow--I can understand why you would be happily distracted from the game.

Cheers,
Debi

Ok, this has nothing to do with your post...but can I just say...that your hair looks so shiney and healthy!! Do you have a secret you can share with us?! My hair has looked so blah this winter. Oh, and your grandson is adorable!
