My Mischief Maker...

What can one little boy think of in the space of an hour???
He can turn Nana's decorative basket upside down...

He can climb the stair up and down.  (Yes, I have a baby gate and use it)...

He can reach the phone and dial but who is on the other end???

I have plenty of toys for him but sometimes they seem a bit boring.

and finally....naptime!!!

The weather here has been a little crazy lately.  Last week it snowed a lot!!  Monday it warmed up and melted most of the snow.  Monday night it thunderstormed and rain torrential rains.  Many basements were flooded, roads closed and so was school.

Our little town creek runs through our yard.  It overflowed it's banks.  It's fun to watch from our porch during a summer rain.  It doesn't happen often but the power of running water is awesome to watch!   Here is the debris left where the water line was.

Mother Nature left her signature on the lawn too.  I like to think she's saying, "Helloooo!  Spring's comin""!!!

He looks adorable but I bet he's a handful. You probably needed a nap after he left! Lol

What a stinker! He would get along great with my Charlie. They could have the place destroyed in under three minutes! Love it!

Oh my gosh, is he not the cutest little guy? I'll bet he keeps you on your toes!

We're waiting for spring here in New England, too. We still don't have any grass showing through the snow... Maybe some day! ... Donna

Your life looks like fun! All the best with the part-time nursing too! (I have one daugher who is a nurse/health visitor based in hospital).

it is amazing what those lil' tikes can get into in an hour. So cute!
I hear you about the weather. We might get some of that flooding in the spring as well. we've had a lot of snow and it's still so cold for this time of year. When the warm weather comes snow is going to melt pretty fast.

have a wonderful day, Donna!

You have beautiful grand kids. I love those pictures. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I am not really much of a seamstress when it comes to using a machine. I am better with a seam ripper.:) I think that is why I like rug hooking is that it makes sense to me.

So we will see. My daughter is due with our second grand daughter and it will be our 6th grand baby and I have made them all quilts and I want to make her one so that is why I was in there. Nothing to elaborate because they use them for tents. :)
I love seeing your pictures of your babies.

Isn't he adorable! I do love those little busy ones, but they tire you out, don't they? I'll bet you had a lot of fun with him. Spring will be here before you know it - and the sooner the better, huh?

What a cutie, and such an intense little face.

It's definitely March, isn't it, with all the wild weather? The great thing is that you can count on things changing this month, no matter what.

I just love watching these busy little people. He looks to be about the age of my fourth great grandchild who came to visit my daughter along with his mom last weekend. He lives in Salt Lake so we don't get to see him often. His name is Sullivan, nicknamed Sully, or Pepe. He hasn't quite learned to walk but can sure get around holding on to cabinets and tables. He too loves the stairs. We had to drive 3 hours to see him, but it took us 4 1/2 hours to get home because there were two accidents. Hard driving, but worth it.

It was interesting to see pictures of the aftermath of your storm too. It is awsome what Mother Nature can do. Maybe spring will come next month.
