Father & son watching cartoons to wake up slowly...
We waited until he was a little more awake and then headed out to his exercise class. They take him to "Kidz Club" which is a wonderful place to run off energy!!!

That Cooper is such a doll baby. It looks like you had a fun afternoon with him. He's lucky to have such good grandparents as you guys!
That is such a good idea! Do they have one of those kids clubs nearby? There are times when the way Alexis burns off her energy is running laps through our house...literally.

This one is in southern Columbus...Pickerington. i don't know if there are more...I would think so. They take him about 4 times a week like you said to just run off energy! If I went with him all the time, I could LOSE my 20 lbs!!! We were talking about it in the beauty shop today and one lady said it sounds like "gymboree" but I thought that was just a clothing store,...so there must be more than one type of place. you should start one here!!
