Blessings

We were up early to put the turkey and fixins' in the oven.
This is my appetizer....right out of a magazine courtesy of Kathy Starkey. All in all, I think it turned out pretty well!
The kids all came....Chelsea, Whitney & Bryden...
Tim, Joni & Cooper....
Mike, Lori, Bailey and Emma.  The gang was all here and the weather was perfect!  One of the things on my agenda was getting the kids together for a Christmas Card picture....
Emma was not thrilled with my idea!
or my choice of headgear.
Then the boys got silly...
and sillier!
and so it went, but I did manage to get one that I liked later. They make me laugh which is the best!
After food overload, the dads and I took the little ones for a creek walk.
Some of the many blessings I count.
A run up and down the drive looked like a cross country race.
The last activity was stone throwing.  Cooper landed a big one.
Even Miss Emma enjoyed that!

Hi Donna, I love the turkey platter, great decoration for the table and the palate.

Having such a nice family coming together for Thanksgiving is such a blessing.

The kids took lovely pictures even when Emma is not cooperating but the one that I like the best is the fathers with the kids.

Hope that you are still doing well. You are in my thoughts and prayers still.

Have a great week.
Hugs,
JB

The group shots are very funny! I can't believe how old Cooper looks! Love the group with the Dads. That's a Kodak moment! We did have such beautiful weather and it looks like you all enjoyed it as much as our gang did. Saying my prayers for you this week kiddo!

What a wonderful day for you and your handsome family. Your grandchildren are so funny in the photos. I know how hard that is to get a good shot. I send photo cards with the grands pictures as well. Glad to see someone else does. I found one that had 12 pictures. Since my 6 were never all together this year I had to make sure each child was in the same amount of pictures.Hah.
How are you doing? Have a great holiday.
