Stow away!

This weekend, I started packing for a medical mission trip leaving early Thursday.  While Bryden was here today, he saw the suitcase on Chelsea's former bed.  He said "What's that?"  So I tried to explain in 2 year old conversation what a "suitcase" is and why you need one.  He said "I go toooooo".  I said "No. But maybe someday..."
He immediately jumped up on the bed and folded himself into the case.  I was amazed and then laughed...then ran to get the camera!....
Our dog used to do the same thing when I got the suitcases out...Ha!

How precious is this post.
He was packing himself away to go with his grandma.
He is just so adorable. I can just see you running for the camera. With him around you need one in every room.
Be careful on your trip and try to enjoy it

Pity he didn't do it whilst you were out of the room (and zip-up from the inside). Imagine the shock!

Aww Donna, that shot is just too precious. It will look some cute on his wedding day ( if he gets married some day). He will miss you for sure and with a nice loving grandma like you, I can't blame him to want to go along with you.

I wish you all the blessings you will need on your medical mission. Stay safe and come back soon. We'll miss you along with your family. Take care, lots of love and hugs. JB

Ha! That's way funny and so sweet too. I know he will miss you tons and I know you'll miss him tons too. I'll miss seeing you in the trenches here but Dr. G will love having his "go to" Gal along to make it a successful trip. All those people you'll be helping will be happy to have all of you making the gift of sight available to them. Good Luck!

What a smart little guy! He really thought he might be able to go if he got inside that suitcase. You must have done a very good job telling him what it was for. He is just so cute and that picture is priceless!!

I hope you tell us about your trip when you get back. I'm not sure i know what a medical mission is but assume it is some sort of help for the poor? Where did you go? It does sound interesting.. I'm also wondering how long you will be gone. See how nosy I am?

Anyway, I did enjoy this post and hope you enjoyed your trip wherever it was.

That is absolutely amazing that you are having this opportunity to go on a medical missions trip. I plan on going to medical school to become a doctor of osteopathic medicine and one of the first things I want to do after my internship is to go on a medical mission trip.
What area are you going to? I can't wait to hear more details about the trip!
